Several days ago we sold our house through Keller Williams with Eileen Moroney as our real estate agent. Now that we are somewhat settled in our new location, I wanted to take a few minutes to let you know how pleased we were with the job that Eileen did for us.
From start to finish, she exceeded our expectations in every way. Her thorough preparation of all the information regarding our house (including all disclosures and inspections) enabled our buyers to proceed with almost lightning speed through escrow. In fact, you may have heard about our recent closing, which took place about 14 days after the offer was made. Her estimate of funds needed for house repairs was accurate within $50.00 and because she really "did her homework," there were no surprises at closing.
Apart from Eileen's thoroughness in assessing the current real estate market and carefully pricing our home, her skill as a negotiator, is in my opinion, unparalleled. We have sold several homes across the ; in those instances, we were left with the feeling that our realtors catered almost exclusively to the buyers and their agents, with the result that they ended up getting the better end of the deal. With Eileen, we felt that in addition to her business acumen, her excellent representation of us and her honest dealings with the buyers and their agent truly made selling our home a win/win situation.
Most often, people only take time to write letters of complaint because they get really "worked up" over something. In this case, Eileen Moroney's performance as a realtor was so exceptional and impressed me so much, that I wanted to make sure that she got the positive recognition she deserves. As I said above, she was there from start to finish; the day after the moving van was loaded, Eileen stopped by to lend a hand with clearing out some items that we couldn't take with us. In short, she is the best realtor that we have ever had and I would recommend her without hesitation both because of her professionalism and her personable nature. She truly left me with the impression that my personal well-being during this stressful time was important to her and she definitely succeeded in keeping our family on an even keel throughout the entire process of selling our home.
